Commemorative envelope for 40 years of bilateral relations

In a first ever cooperation between the postal administrations of China and Luxembourg a stamped commemorative envelope was issued on 16 November in Beijing to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of our bilateral diplomatic relations.
