Published Wednesday August 27 2014

Yesterday, Carlo Hansen (the president of the Young Scientists Foundation Luxembourg) announced that Luxembourg placed third at the 29th Adolescent Science and Technology Innovation Contest in Beijing.
The power supply project for mobile telephones to be plugged on a bicycle or motorbike, designed by Melles Servé et Heuschling (Lycée Hubert Clément), was highly appreciated by the jury.
The contest welcomed more than 40 competitors from all over the world.

The Luxembourgish organizers have extended invitations to the young Chinese competitors to present their inventions in Luxembourg.

The participation was made possible thanks to the sponsorship of the Ceratizit Foundation.

Next year, the competition will be held in Hong Kong.
