POBC appoints ICBC as RMB Clearing Bank for Luxembourg

According to the " People's Bank of China and the Central Bank of Luxembourg memorandum", the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Luxembourg (ICBC) Branch was appointed as the Clearing Bank for RMB Business in Luxembourg by the People's Bank of China on September 5, 2014.
