RMB statistics 2013
RMB deposits in Luxembourg have tripled in 2013 and reached 64 Bn RMB at the end of the year. The RMB loans remained stable at 54 bn. A considerable rise in RMB-denominated assets held in Luxembourg domiciled investment funds was achieved and the volume attained a historic high at 256 bn. The Luxembourg Stock Exchange currently lists 44 dim sum bonds and Clearstream has settled 635 bn RMB securities in 2013, more than double the volume of 2012.
